Nations Roofing & Construction LLC is looking for an experienced Field Operations Managers to oversee our residential and commercial roofing installations and repair projects.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of roofing experience
• Bilingual
• Strong knowledge of shingle, tile, metal and flat roofing systems
• Experience with roof installations and repairs
• Must be able to lift heavy roofing materials, set up ladders, perform repairs and inspect roof installations
• Crew management and scheduling experience
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety and quality control
• Ability to accurately report jobsite conditions, completed work and project progress using CRM software
• Report daily to the Project Manager and office staff on production progress
• Dependable, organized and able to communicate effectively
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Must have a valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
