Before:
The existing parking lot had multiple low areas, uneven surfaces, and deteriorating asphalt that caused water pooling and reduced drivability. The surface required leveling and asphalt rehabilitation to restore proper drainage and improve overall condition.

During:
Our crew prepared the site by cleaning the surface and addressing damaged areas. We leveled the low spots and applied asphalt rehabilitation methods to restore the structural integrity of the parking lot and create a smooth, even surface.

After:
The parking lot was successfully leveled and rehabilitated with new asphalt, resulting in improved drainage, a smoother driving surface, and extended pavement life. The finished lot provides a safer and more durable surface for traffic.
