We are looking to hire an experienced hardscape foreman to join our team.

You will be the lead installer on high-end design build projects in the Rochester area. Experience is a must. The scope of work is vast but includes the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, water features, boulder work, custom & specialty stone, veneer, natural stone, concrete & masonry, etc. Equipment experience is also required as we utilize them in our scope of work to complete each project.

Pay is based on experience up to $35 per hour.

This is an on-call position for commercial contracts. The properties that you will be servicing are in the Victor area. A clean license and reliable transportation are a must. 4-hr pay minimum for every trip out.

We are looking for someone who is a ‘jack of all trades’ to join our team.

At MKD, we run a topsoil screening operation in the Spring/Summer where having experience in heavy equipment is a must. This operation uses equipment such as large excavators, bulldozers, and loaders.

We also have a few outdoor projects we complete a year that entail work such as hardscaping (paver & masonry work), timber work (such as decks), and other construction projects.

Lastly, at MKD we do a majority of our repairs and maintenance on our vehicles & equipment ourselves and would love to have someone join our team that is mechanically inclined and has this experience as well.

We are a tight-knit group that does everything together. Whether it be a shop day or a screening day, we work as a team. This position would be a full-time, all year round position. Pay is based on experience, but in the range of $18 - $25 per hour. Other qualifications include: MUST have clean license, CDL is a plus. Must be respectful and reliable. PTO included.
