Quick little job..I enjoy being able to help out. Simple little things that make such a difference, especially for nice elderly folks like these guys are.

New hardware for vanity, so door wouldn't be in their way in the bath...chase Pickens hardware lasted a while!

Along with new step leading into the house from the garage. Solid 2x going to hold up better then the old one for them.

Today project for client, one of his rentals. ..45+ ft of new 4in main waste and tie ins.

Yes I would say we needed some attention. ..
This had sagged creating about a 6inch dip between the truses...

Door repairs the other week....can't even tell replace framing between the door and sidelights

Finished off the kitchen the other day.

Completed the bathroom demo (wasn't going to wait anymore for clients employees to finish ) new section of subfloor in, and tub set. Install the surround and plumbing tomorrow, emboss the tile in prep for new flooring aswell
