I have a new to me piece of equipment in the shop. It took some time to take every single piece apart clean, repair, or replace any broken parts and put a helical head in with new bearings. Then mask off all of the parts and over 150 bolts and paint everything then reassemble. But it’s worth it to have a pc of history and a planer my great great uncle used in the 70’s and 80’s at Aldenville’s lumber yard. It’s a 30” wide x 7-1/2” high planer that will outlast my lifetime and probably much longer. It runs so smooth and no vibrations you done even know it’s running other than the dust collector being on. So if you need any table tops or any lumber planed we are able to take care of your needs and if you want the lumber sanded I also have a 2 head 36” wide belt sander which makes the boards smooth ready for finishing.
