Just a friendly reminder for the start of the season as I’m getting a bunch of inquiries to look at work others have completed that have done a seriously bad job.
Please if you are contemplating paying serious money for concrete work, do your due diligence and research these concrete company’s. Get references and more than one unless it’s a referral from someone you trust. There are a ton of concrete companies out there now and I don’t know that half of them really have the proper training or experience to be out pouring concrete on their own.
Every concrete company is going to have jobs from time to time that doesn’t go right. Maybe they got a bad load of concrete, maybe it got rained on, or maybe they just poured more than they could handle and lost it. That’s not a big deal, it’s how they respond and did they make it right? Hire a company who stands by their work 100%. Get references of past customers who have had this kind of experience if necessary.
I’ve had a few in the last ten years that I’ve had to replace and I will always make sure my customer is 100% satisfied.
Also if the company owner is demanding payment before the process even begins, that’s usually a huge red flag. Any concrete company that can’t fund the job most likely has some issues. I can back all my jobs and don’t receive a cent until the job is finished and the customer is satisfied.
Lastly, thank you to all of my customers who have trusted me to take care of your projects.
It’s been a humbling experience to work with all the great people I have gotten to work with and I appreciate all the kind words and referrals. I will do my best to keep the standards high and the work we complete to the best quality possible.
Thank you!
