Yes — we still build pressure-treated wood decks. And not every deck company does.
Treated wood decks can actually be more labor-intensive, which makes the details and craftsmanship even more important. But for us, the job doesn’t stop when the last board is installed.
During this project, the yard became a typical construction zone with ruts and disturbed ground from equipment and materials. Before we left, our team graded the area, spread grass seed, and covered it to help protect the homeowner’s property and get the yard on its way back to normal.
That’s the level of care we believe every project deserves.
When choosing a deck contractor, don’t just look at the finished deck. Ask yourself: How are they treating the rest of your property while they’re there? If a company is willing to cut corners on cleanup and property protection, where else might they be cutting corners?
