Dr. Chip Fletcher has spent his life at the front lines of Hawaiʻi’s climate future. As Dean of the School of Ocean and Earth Science and Technology (SOEST) at UH Mānoa, he brings decades of research and leadership to the conversation.
For more than 40 years, he has helped shape climate policy, coastal management, and resilience planning across our islands—authoring over 150 peer‑reviewed publications and mentoring generations of climate scientists and practitioners. We’re honored to have him in this conversation on what comes next.
Join us for Hawaiʻi’s Resilience: What Comes Next? as Dr. Fletcher and fellow panelists dig into resilience, adaptation, and the choices that will define Hawaiʻi’s future.
