Check out this aerial shot of Anaha at Ward Village, developed by Howard Hughes Corporation and designed by SCB (Solomon Cordwell Buenz). BWA provided construction administration services for the high-rise project, completed in 2017.

The architectural design of two open-air pavilions, one adjacent to the school gymnasium and the other to the locker room building, provides welcoming spaces for gathering, learning, and community. The custom screening panels cast dynamic patterns of light and shadow throughout the day, turning a functional feature into one of our favorite design details.

Completed in 2005, this 41-story condominium received the 2007 Kukulu Hale Award for New Projects. BWA served as Architect of Record.

Projects like Hokua helped shape BWA’s legacy in luxury residential architecture.
