We are looking to add a residential project foreman. We do a wide range of residential projects, largely new construction of single family homes. Typical jobs may include demolition of an existing home, land clearing, excavation for new foundations or additions, backfilling compacting and grading, septic systems, driveways and final grading/restoration. Crew’s are typically 2 people the foreman and second person along with truck drivers and laborers as needed. We focus on the best product we can provide for our customers safely and efficiently. This is a skilled position candidates need to be proficient in operating excavators, dozers, skid steers, loaders. Need to be able to read prints, manage a small crew, communicate effectively with the customer, the crew and our office. We are looking to add a commercial project foreman. Our work typically is site development, demolition, clearing, grading, infrastructure such as water sewer and storm, footing excavation backfill and grading, parking lot construction and restoration. We do private, municipal and small state projects ranging from private roads to multi family site developments, parks trails and commercial building construction. This would be a skilled position, candidates will need the ability to run a small crew 2-5 people, read prints, communicate with our project managers, the crews and the customers. Maintain a safe and clean job site focusing on maintaining schedules and a quality product for our customers. Our typical crews consist of the foreman as the lead operator. We are looking for a cdl A driver experience and clean driving record is a must. Job would involve dump truck and tag trailer. Heavy hauling with low boy, lead and gravel train hauling experience is a hige plus. We are a small company so we all fill many roles. Other tasks could include equipment operating, and helping crews on jobs from time to time. We offer full benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, paid vacation, sick and holiday pay.
