I decided to move forward on my own and since then...have built many homes from the Ground to the Finish...with a key in hand for the new owners. Daylight basement with 8’ concrete walls sloping down to a walk out lower level escape to their forested property, and a main level entry above with a few lofts and Decks to get a Birds Eye view of their peaceful surroundings!

The “Baker Home” is inching closer and closer to a completed, beautiful piece of work. The inspiration of the homeowners has turned this home into their own and it’s been a fantastic time working for them.
This home is located in Hood River and the North facing view of Mt. Hood ( not pictured yet) will provide some awesome sunsets for this awesome family!

Lower picture is a new shop that we recently got going on….and we are pouring this slab next week!

I can not remember the last time we ever thought about pouring Concrete in January, but here we are!!

Let us know if you have any thoughts about building a structure this year!…we would love to be there!
