Residential roofing, Roof replacement.

We removed the old 3-tab shingles and upgraded the home to a beautiful Natural Shadow shingle system, giving the roof a fresh new appearance and improved protection.

We also took the opportunity to bring the roof up to code, installing new drip edge and replacing the rusted chimney flashing to help protect against future water intrusion.

For additional protection, we installed ice and water barrier in critical areas and upgraded the roof to synthetic underlayment.

To top it off, this new roofing system comes with the GAF Silver Pledge Warranty (no longer avail. for NS as of July 2026), giving the homeowner added peace of mind.

This storm-damaged home was ready for a complete roof transformation.

We removed the existing 3-tab shingles and upgraded the home to a beautiful Natural Shadow shingle system, giving it a fresh new look and reliable protection.

But we didn’t stop at the shingles. We brought the roof up to code by installing new drip edge, replacing the rusted chimney flashing, and adding ice and water barrier in critical areas.

We also upgraded the underlayment from paper felt to synthetic underlayment for an added layer of protection against moisture and the elements.

Storm Damage: Residential Roofing - Roof Replacement

After a severe storm, a fallen tree left this home with major damage to the roof, fascia, and gutters. Our team began by removing the tree and clearing the damaged areas to prepare for a complete restoration.

We replaced the old 3-tab shingles with upgraded architectural shingles, giving the home a fresh new look and improved performance.

The outdated whirlybird vents were removed and replaced with a continuous ridge vent to provide better, more balanced attic ventilation.

We also repaired the areas of fascia and gutters damaged by the tree, installed new drip edge around the roof, and added a chimney cricket to improve water drainage and protection around the chimney.

Storm Damage: Residential Roofing - Roof Replacement

When a powerful storm sent a tree crashing into this home, the damage went beyond the roof. We began by safely removing the fallen tree and clearing the property so repairs could begin.

The damaged roof was completely replaced, upgrading the old 3-tab shingles to beautiful architectural shingles for a stronger, more modern finish.

We also removed the outdated whirlybird vents and upgraded the ventilation with a continuous ridge vent. The impact from the tree damaged the fascia and gutters, so those areas were replaced as well.

To improve protection against future water intrusion, we installed new drip edge and added a chimney cricket to properly direct water away from the chimney.

This storm-damaged home needed more than just a roof replacement. A fallen tree caused significant damage, so we started by safely removing the tree and clearing the affected areas.

Once the roof was opened up, we replaced the damaged materials and upgraded the home from old 3-tab shingles to durable architectural shingles for a stronger, more modern finish.

We also upgraded the ventilation system by removing the old whirlybird vents and installing a continuous ridge vent for improved airflow. Where the tree made contact, we replaced the damaged fascia and gutters.

To improve water protection, we added a properly designed chimney cricket and installed new drip edge around the roof perimeter.

This project involved replacing an aging 3-tab roof that had two layers of shingles and extensive underlying damage.

After removing the existing roofing, we uncovered rotted decking, damaged rafters, and areas of deterioration in the attic ceiling.

Our team repaired the affected areas, replacing the damaged wood and restoring the roof structure to provide a solid foundation for the new roofing system.

We then installed a new GAF HDZ roofing system with upgraded synthetic underlayment, Ice & Water Shield, and a new ridge vent for added protection and proper ventilation.

The dormer trim was also replaced, giving the home a clean, finished appearance while helping protect these areas from future weather exposure.

The finished roof is protected by a GAF Silver Pledge Warranty, giving the homeowner added confidence in their investment.
