Safety Week is in full swing at Cinterra, and we're excited to be on Day 3!

Our site teams have been actively engaged in the daily discussions and activities, reinforcing the importance of making safety a priority every day. Today's topic is focused on Mental Health and our YouOk? Initiative here at Cinterra. We chose “YouOk?” because it’s the simple, natural way people look out for one another—on jobsites, in trucks, in break areas, and throughout everyday conversations. It reinforces that safety is a shared responsibility, and that watching each other’s backs means caring for both physical and mental well-being.

By making mental health part of our safety culture, we're reinforcing a simple truth: Everyone deserves to go home safe—physically and mentally.

It's great to see the enthusiasm and participation across our projects as we continue building a stronger safety culture together. We appreciate everyone's commitment and look forward to the rest of this week's valuable conversations, learning opportunities, and activities.

We are excited for Safety Week at Cinterra!
We believe that a strong safety culture is built by people, not policies. It grows every time someone speaks up about a hazard, every time a supervisor takes a moment to check in with their crew, and every time we choose to do things the right way even when no one is watching. Safety Week is one of the most important moments of our year, a dedicated time to come together across every project and every department, sharpen our skills, share our experiences, and recommit to the people we work alongside. A perfect way to close out National Apprenticeship Week! At MD45, we proudly graduated 10 apprentices who have earned their NCCER Core Certificates. These individuals are now prepared to begin their specialized training in areas such as Solar Photovoltaics, Electrical, Laborer, and Equipment Operations.

Congratulations to each of you on this important achievement—we look forward to your continued success!

Monday, April 27 marked the start of National Apprenticeship Week. Cinterra is proud to support 85 active apprentices currently working across multiple projects and states.
This week, we recognize and celebrate their dedication, hard work, and commitment—not only in the field, but also in the classroom as they continue to earn valuable certifications and advance their skills.
Our apprentices benefit from hands-on learning alongside experienced mentors, while also earning a competitive paycheck and gaining the opportunity to travel across the United States.
