A perfect way to close out National Apprenticeship Week! At MD45, we proudly graduated 10 apprentices who have earned their NCCER Core Certificates. These individuals are now prepared to begin their specialized training in areas such as Solar Photovoltaics, Electrical, Laborer, and Equipment Operations.

Congratulations to each of you on this important achievement—we look forward to your continued success!

Monday, April 27 marked the start of National Apprenticeship Week. Cinterra is proud to support 85 active apprentices currently working across multiple projects and states.
This week, we recognize and celebrate their dedication, hard work, and commitment—not only in the field, but also in the classroom as they continue to earn valuable certifications and advance their skills.
Our apprentices benefit from hands-on learning alongside experienced mentors, while also earning a competitive paycheck and gaining the opportunity to travel across the United States.
