We had a new client find their dream home in Hopewell Junction, the only issue was their backyard was unusable due to the uneven and steep grade in the yard. We reassured the new homeowner that this wasn’t a reason not to move forward with buying the house. Within one week of the client closing on the house we removed 4 trees, grinded the stumps, regraded the property and installed a new lawn with an automatic watering system. Almost 300 yards of material was trucked in, spread, compacted and a new lawn planted was in two days.

This project was completed for an elderly couple in Poughquag NY. Prior to this project they had 2 steps down from the driveway to their uneven walkway and then 2 more steps up to their deck. They were looking for an option that would be easier on their bodies as they grew in age. We recommended a Unilock paver walkway without any steps in it. We were able to raise the grade to allow a smooth walk from the driveway directly to their deck.

This Unilock Holland premier paver walkway has a a foot of compacted gravel reinforced with 3 layers of Geogrid.

We recently got a call from a new client who was frantic because the installation of their new playset got moved up an entire month with only 10 days notice. The ground was over a foot off of grade. She called several companies and nobody was able to help until she found us on Google. We immediately reassured her that we would find a way to fit them into the schedule before the deadline and we did. 20 yards of premium screened top fill that was graded utilizing a laser level and compacted in lifts ensures this will be a long lasting product.

Are you tired of loosing power with our crazy weather lately? This customer was, from scheduling with the propane company, the generator company to getting permits we handled everything for this customer.

We excavated and installed a 500 gallon underground propane tank to power his automatic generator.

Several years ago this customer had a company come and plant thuja green giant arborvitaes for privacy from the nieghbors. However they were unfortunately not planted in a straight line and there was large spacing between the end trees in the row. We were able to transplant the trees to fix the spacing as well as make then into a straight line. Our crews also added 2 more 14’ trees to add to his privacy line.

At this customers house we also noticed that his underground gutter drains were completely clogged and didn’t even run out to daylight. This was causing his gutters to overflow in heavy rainstorms.
