From forgotten… to unforgettable. 🤯

It is hard to believe this is the same pool.

Just two weeks ago, this backyard centerpiece had been neglected for years. The new homeowners wanted to bring it back to life, and they were ready to make it happen.

Here’s the crazy part…

✅ Thursday: They said yes.
🔨 Saturday: Demolition began.
🧱 Monday: New tile installed.
💎 Tuesday: Fresh plaster.
💦 Wednesday: Filled, started up, and ready for its next chapter.

From approval to a completely transformed pool in less than a week.

That is not the norm, but it shows what can happen when homeowners are decisive, materials are ready, and an amazing team works together with one goal.

One of the best things about a concrete pool is that the shell is built to last. Even after years of neglect, you do not have to start over. With the right renovation, you can give it an entirely new look and decades of new memories.

Yesterday morning was a very special day for our team.

Signature Pools was honored to be part of the Howard Lake memorial project, and it was meaningful for us to attend the Memorial Day service and see the community gather to honor those who gave everything for our country.

This project meant more to us than a typical build.

• Our own Dan Peterson is a former Marine
• We have had several veterans on our team (in the past and still today)
• We have been fortunate to work alongside many veterans over the years
• The unique shape and design created some fun challenges for our crew, and they stepped up and delivered
• We were proud to partner with Howard Lake and our amazing partners at Pentair to help bring this project together

We are grateful to have played a small role in creating a space that honors service, sacrifice, and remembrance.

Thank you to the Howard Lake community for allowing us to be part of something so meaningful.

Concrete pools are built to last decades. One of the biggest advantages of a plaster pool is that when it starts to show its age, you can bring it back to life with a full resurfacing and facelift.

This project included:
• Chipping out the old plaster
• Removing and replacing the tile
• Treating the shell with Permacote
• Applying brand new plaster
• Filling the pool with clean trucked-in water to protect the curing process and deliver a beautiful finish

The concrete shell stays strong. The surface gets renewed.

That is the beauty of a well-built concrete pool.
