We are the proud new owners of the once VASA Hall who are in the process of uncovering the original beauty of this magical building. We will be renovating the exterior to its original character and were lucky enough to find the original lettering burnished in the cedar shakes. The interior will be mix use of living space, storage shop for our restoration contracting business, rentable offices and apartments. A fun departure from our normal era of homes, this 1969 chopped up ranch home needed a bit of love. A challenge not finding ship lap and dimensional lumber behind the walls. We infused a bit of character into this home with a view.

Unlike any other architecture in Grays Harbor this 1914 home had been the pride of its original builder. After more than a decade encased in blackberries after the recent owner passed away leaving dozens of cats, this stunning home sang as we brought her back to life.
