Last post of the photo dump. Promise. Early spring dirt work/ final grades starting just around the corner. Get a jump start on your install. Builders usually leave the home owner in rough grade status and a lot of questions so here's the process you should follow with sub contractors you use to save money.

1. Patio/ concert in the back
2. Final grade
3. Curbing/ edging (sleeve where needed)
4. Fence
5. Sprinklers/ sump line
6. Boulders with fabric under
7. Trees, plants and bushes
8. Rock or mulch
9. Seed or sod
10. Fertilizer and w**d control company
