Please look and understand why you need to keep moss away from growing on your blacktop .

Notice the section next to the wall were it was starting to dig in its roots and bust up the surface .

We were able to kill it a week or 2 before and then when we did the job we used our bensink power broom to scrub up 99% of the dead moss and seal that section .

Sealer wont stay on moss or kill moss . So you need to kill and remove it for best results .

I fell the need to be up-front and let people / customers know this .

I am self employed and with this i am the office staff . The phone answer service . I am the in person look at your driveway or parking lot guy . I am the billing and collection department . I am also the guy who does the jobs .

For the reasons i listed above i use and am relying on voice mail / text / emails . Its not easy keeping up with it all and i am not at the level of work to have an office staff .

I do not have my phone on my as i work its in the truck and the ringer if off . This is to concentrate on the work and also once we start brushing down your sealer we cant stop to answer your call or text . I am sorry for this but its how i know to best to do the work and provide the level of customer care you expect.

At the end of my work load for the day i check messages from all these options i have listed and do my best to get back to everyone . Some times it might be a day but i try and get back to everyone fast .

Last i will say WEATHER plays a HUGE roll in our work flow . Just cause i tell you a time frame for the work does not = 100% guarantee we can or will show up then . If it rains just add 2 days for the delay . If its super cold it needs to warm up . All of this is required to give you a honest and correct install of the sealer . We do not gamble with weather .
