Lilac Landscaping is a growing hardscape and landscape company specializing in patios, retaining walls, walkways, outdoor living spaces, and landscape installations throughout the Southern Tier of New York.
Weâre looking for a motivated, organized, and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing & Project Coordinator. This unique role combines content creation, photography/videography, social media marketing, customer communication, and administrative support.

Responsibilities
Content Creation & Marketing
* Photograph and video projects throughout construction
* Capture before, during, and after project photos
* Operate a drone (or willingness to learn)
* Create short-form videos and reels for Facebook and Instagram
* Edit photos and videos for marketing use
* Assist with website and social media updates
* Organize project photo and video libraries
Administrative Support
* Follow up with estimate requests and leads
* Track estimate status and customer communication
* Send review requests after project completion
* Update company databases and project records
* Assist with scheduling appointments and consultations
* Help maintain organized digital project files
Project Coordination
* Document project progress
* Track milestones and completion photos
* Assist with daily job reports
* Coordinate with crews to gather project information
* Support project managers and leadership team
What Weâre Looking For
Preferred Skills
* Photography and videography experience
* Basic video editing skills
* Social media experience
* Strong organization and attention to detail
* Comfortable working independently
* Excellent communication skills
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Bonus Skills
* Drone experience
* Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar editing software
* Graphic design experience
* Marketing or communications background
* Experience in construction, landscaping, or related industries
Position Details
Location: Horseheads, NY and surrounding areas
Schedule:
* Monday - Thursday
* Primarily on active job sites
* Combination of outdoor field work and computer-based work
Compensation:
* $18 - $25 per hour based on experience
