This is by far the biggest residential house we have done as a company. It was basically 9 ft throughout the main floor and garage, with a 20 ft tall great room. The basement was 8 and a1/2 foot with a walk out to the lake. There was a bonus room above the garage and 7 skylights.

Where to start on this project? This was a project that was a house built by the Jackson Community College whom teaches high school kids different construction skills. We were originally called in to finish the drywall, the kids hung all of it. That was a whole ordeal we won't get in to, but it was an experience in its own. They called us back to do the painting after the kids tried 😆. Long story short, my main painter Eric Mcbride, showed a lot of patience dealing with the kids. They kept learning and he kept fixing 🤷‍♂️😆😂. It took a bit longer than we would have liked, but it turned out pretty good overall. Great job Eric!!!

This is a project I got called to finish. Someone else started it, as you can see in the end pictures. Homeowner was understandably not impressed with the work that was being done so called us in to fix it. Hung, finished, primed, and painted. Now they are asking us to do the trim, we will see.

Here is that kitchen and laundry room with the first coat of paint. Homeowners wanted semi gloss throughout, which shows everything, but everything looked real good. They are putting in cabinets now and we are putting the final coat of paint on after they are done. More pics to come.

This is a renovation we did, everything but the floors. Really crooked, I believe I used a whole bundle of 1/4 inch lathe shims and almost a case of construction shims. Took longer than I expected but we wanted to make sure it was right. Hung, finished, primed, and painted.
