We will be ready for our underground plumbing next week! This is such a beautiful lot and in a very prominent neighborhood just around the corner from the golf club.

Progress Report Day ~ 18 Vigoroso Lane. Yippee, we passed our foundation inspection in flying colors with the HSV POA! 🫡

Despite the heat and high temperatures…. our teams continue to shine with their usual and impeccable performance and skill sets.
All of this is Big Carl Saporito APPROVED all-the-way around! 💪🔥⚒️

Lord willing; we hope to finish out our basement next week and about 2 weeks out to start framing. Happy weekend to all.

It only took 2 weeks after listing to get this awesome 75 Sergio Way project under contract, and at full asking price. PTL! 🙏

Up next, we have a wonderful 2300 SF walkout basement plan that we have been working with Lumber1 to design, and we are excited. We hope to start breaking ground in mid-June for 18 Vigoroso Lane, along with another Eastside build near Ponce de Leon.
