It only took 2 weeks after listing to get this awesome 75 Sergio Way project under contract, and at full asking price. PTL! 🙏

Up next, we have a wonderful 2300 SF walkout basement plan that we have been working with Lumber1 to design, and we are excited. We hope to start breaking ground in mid-June for 18 Vigoroso Lane, along with another Eastside build near Ponce de Leon.

HSV is truly blessed to have some of the best builders in C. AR! At B*H, as we currently putting the Midas touch on our 75 Sergio Way project, as we to strive to set our standards HIGH in construction.

In fact, those high standards keep rising, because as a builder we need to continue to elevate every part of our game to just keep up and to distinguish ourselves along the way! We cannot continue to UP our build quality and customer focus without our team of valued Tradesmen! We strive to continue recruit/retain/support those team members that want to help us showcase their talents and handiwork!
