Need your roof done?? My guys are on point and ready for the next roof. I got a signed contract at 11 am Wednesday, had materials on the ground at 430 and the roof was installed by 430 Thursday. Had to fix broken trusses and decking as well. Plus they added ventilation on the roof and gables. They also fixed broken fascia. Torched the shingles to make them stick down with the winter temps this is a must. Great work to Oscar and his crew amazing work guys!!!

£1,000 of timber then vs now.
Same money. Half the wood. Double the headache.

Left pile used to frame a house.
Right pile barely gets you out the merchants without a laugh.

Materials through the roof, wages slagged off, customers still haggling like it’s 2010.
This is why prices don’t come down.

Found some rotted seal plate. Jacked the roof up removed the studs and the seal plate. Replaced all the rotted wood and finished the inside with OSB and insulation. Thank you Alan

Upgrade!! Bathroom remodel we done. Installed new vanity, sink, faucet, plumbing for sink, new shower surround and pan, plumbing relocation, new shower door. Mirror, fixtures and light also new. Thanks again Alan.
