Five years ago, Dylan joined our team after working for the City of Hot Springs in the sewer lift station department, and we could not be happier that he advanced his career path at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. This morning, we celebrated his five years of employment and look forward to the years ahead.

Not every plumbing job is clean and easy… and this one definitely put Josh and the team to the test.

This Hot Springs Village home had a damaged drain line buried beneath concrete and rock, including tight working conditions as well as limited access at the foundation wall. Josh carefully saw-cut and removed the concrete sidewalk, hand excavated around utilities and drainage, crawled into a tight access opening, and rebuilt the drain connection to get this customer back in service.

Jobs like this take experience, patience, and determination — and Josh delivered every step of the way. 👏

We are happy to have added Carson this last year as an apprentice. He is a great team player, volunteers to help on the weekend, and always has a cheerful attitude. Happy birthday Carson!
