For Jason Miller, building beautiful homes is more than a profession—it’s a family tradition.
Jason moved to Colorado from California in 1993 and began building homes alongside his father, learning the craft from the ground up. His connection to woodworking runs even deeper, with a grandfather who also worked with wood and passed along an appreciation for craftsmanship, precision, and working with his hands.
Over the past three decades, Jason has built a career around high-end custom residential construction, working on exceptional homes throughout Durango, Telluride, Ridgway, and the surrounding Colorado communities.
From the first line on a set of plans to the final detail of a finished home, Jason believes quality comes from doing things right—and caring about the details others might overlook.
His experience as a master carpenter, project manager, superintendent, and builder gives him a unique perspective on the entire construction process. He understands what it takes to bring an architect’s vision to life while coordinating the many people, materials, and details that make a custom home possible.
