$30++ per hour starting wages for highly experience operators with cdl.

We are looking to bring on someone with excavation experience. Very competitive pay. Pay will be based on experience.

Forman experience is great.
CDL is huge plus but not required.
Mechanic experience is also huge.
Excavator and skid steer 5+ years experience minium.
Also will be required to get out and be your own ditch man many times as we are small and growing. Must be proficient at working grade sticks and lasers. We run mainly Mecalac Excavators.

Anyone need help cleaning corrals as animals come off winter pasture or head up the mountains for summer pasture let me know. Price will vary depending on size of pens and if manure will stay on site or be hauled off site. Message me for free estimates. Also do general excavation of any kind whether utility gas, sprinkler, irrigation systems etc.
