We've been at it on this house since about December, but it's finally almost done!

From where we started:
100+ years old
No insulation
Wood everything
Half the windows didn't open
Tiny kitchen
Decks and screen porch falling apart

To where we've arrived:
Fully insulated in ceiling, walls, and floors
Painted ceiling and walls, refinished floors
Expanded kitchen (new cabinets coming soon)
Relocated laundry room to free up interior space
Improved bathroom vanity area
Removed screen porch, new ceilings, and composite decks (back deck extended)
