Even though we would love to help as many families as possible, our resources are limited. We are still BUSY, still searching for experienced installers to add to our team, still paying top level wages, and still providing great benefits.

We have been in business for over 30 years and have the ability to provide employees with a construction career where you will not be worried about lay offs. We work with some of the best contractors in the St. Louis area, as well as some of the best home owners. Our company has already secured a backlog of work that takes us well in to the 2024 working year.

We are accepting applications for full time or part time gutter installers and are willing to provide VERY competitive wages. We are also providing a SALARY pay structure after requirements are met / time with company is put in. This means you will have an opportunity to have a consistent paycheck all year, even in the winter or on rainy days if weather will not allow prodution! You will get a consistent paycheck every week! Also, paid holidays, paid PTO, health, dental vision available, IRA matching contributions after first year of employment.

We are looking for employees who want to build a career. We have the workload to keep you working year round, and do not have to do seasonal layoffs because of a lack of work. Experience is appreciated, but we also offer training. You must be punctual, and have transportation capabilities to get to and from House Springs, MO. You must also have a working cell phone so that we have a way to contact you about work updates.
