Good afternoon. At Modern Visions LLC, we are pleased to announce the completion of our latest bathroom renovation project in Jeffersonville, Ohio. Our newly introduced line of Birtch Cabinets was seamlessly integrated into the floating vanity area. To enhance privacy, the toilet was strategically relocated outside the line of vision of the entrance door. Additionally, the laundry area and shower were relocated to optimize the space. A wall and door were constructed to create a separate and functional laundry space. With all new flooring. Upon entering the bathroom, the shower serves as a striking focal point, complemented by the new vanity area and our inaugural use of a wallpaper Muriel with a colonial wainscoting & trim package. This renovation marks a significant enhancement to the Coe Farm. We appreciate the trust that Rusty and Christine have placed in our services. Thank you for the opportunity & your business.
