Mid Atlantic Storage Systems, Inc., the leading CST Storage Aquastore® tank installer in the United States, is seeking an Accounting Assistant to complete day-to-day tasks in Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and GL. This position could be part or full time and located in Washington Court House, OH. This is a great starting position with growth potential for an expanded role. Previous accounting experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include:
• Perform billing and distribute project invoices
• Posting incoming payments
• Preparing and distributing certified payroll
• Provide excellent service and support to team members as well as internal and external clients
• On-time reconciliations, postings, deposits, and reporting
• Willingness to pitch in and help out where needed
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous bookkeeping experience
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Proficient in MS Excel
