Homeowners, Be Careful When Signing Contracts for Emergency Repairs!

If a storm has damaged your roof, you must get it repaired ASAP.

Because of this, it’s crucial to find a roofer who can immediately put on a tarp if your roof is leaking.

That said, we have a word of warning!

There are two types of contracts a roofer may ask you to sign:

-A Contract that authorizes him to place the tarp down.
-A Contract that includes future roof repairs following a tarp.

Always read your contracts carefully, especially when signing a roofing contract with contingencies.
