Our goal is to be a long-term resource that reduces costs and stress over time and increases confidence and enjoyment. No need to let the rain make you nervous.

We help owners solve stucco problems. We don't want to fix anymore than is necessary but also don't want to walk away from unaddressed issues. We understand the angst around the unknowns which is why "clear communication" is one of our three core values.

This particular home, built 30 years ago by the owner, but not maintained revealed extensive damage beneath the stucco. Fortunately, we are nearing completion of this restoration and getting this home back to the place he remembers from 30 years ago. But we've also created a path forward that is manageable and cost effective to help him and future owners maintain it.

Each job we take on is a customer service mountain to climb safely over. The nature of the work we do for owners is generally unexpected, untimely, inconvenient, and as Michael says, stressful. But we also have been on this climb thousands of times and know that when done well, waiting on the other side of that climb is peace of mind, confidence, and relief.
