Last Friday, our team joined the University of St. Thomas to celebrate the groundbreaking of its new Residence Hall in Houston, Texas! The five-story, ~100,000 SF facility will provide housing for nearly 400 students and support a vibrant campus experience through thoughtfully designed study spaces, student lounges, an outdoor courtyard, and a dedicated student chapel.

Set to begin construction this summer, the new residence hall will play an important role in the continued growth of the University and its commitment to fostering student success, community, and engagement.

We’re honored to partner with the University of St. Thomas on this exciting project and look forward to bringing this new home for future Celts to life!

Our Houston team recently completed a 45,000 SF office renovation spanning two floors for a Confidential Client! This comprehensive tenant improvement project features selective architectural demolition, installation of new flooring throughout, high-end millwork, MAARS demountable office fronts, and upgraded IT and AV systems. Additional highlights include the construction of a 24-hour traders’ suite, installation of a backup generator, rooftop VRF system upgrades, and renovations to core restrooms.

Our DC team completed a 55,000 SF renovation for Club Studio, transforming an existing LA Fitness facility into a high-end fitness center designed to deliver a premium wellness and training experience. The lower level features a variety of specialized fitness studios, including Boxing, Reform, Yoga, Cycling, and Hyrox, along with newly constructed locker rooms with full tile finishes, an expansive open fitness area, juice bar and reception space, spa and lounge amenities, recovery and cryotherapy rooms, and a renovated pool area.

The upper mezzanine level includes additional open fitness space, new state-of-the-art equipment, and high-end finishes throughout. A huge thank you to everyone on the project team for their hard work and dedication, which made this renovation possible!

We’re proud to highlight the completion of CityCentre Six, a 19-story, 715,000 SF Class A office development in Houston, Texas! This project includes a 325,000 SF office tower, a 10-story parking garage with more than 1,000 parking spaces, ground-floor retail space, and multiple tenant buildouts completed by our Interiors team on Floors 13 through 19.

The development features several standout architectural elements, including slanted cast-in-place concrete columns at the main entrance, a full-height travertine lobby wall, a five-story garage screen wall, and a striking three-story glass “Jewel Box.” Additional amenities include balconies with glass handrails and nine elevator cars serving the office tower and garage.

CityCentre Six adds a prominent new landmark to Houston’s CityCentre district, and Harvey Cleary is honored to have partnered in delivering this high-profile mixed-use development!

Two weeks ago, our Houston office hosted its annual Subcontractor Leadership Safety Forum, bringing together Executive/Senior Leadership from Harvey Cleary, industry partners, and guests from OSHA and Cheniere Energy to further the ideals of building and maintaining a safe work culture on the job site. The theme this year was managing tiered contractors, supported by a discussion panel to explain the best practices and pitfalls to avoid in pursuing success. We also had guest presentations on safety performance, establishing the value of safety, and communicating that to our workforce.

Our Harvey Cleary Cook Team had a fantastic time competing in Agc Houston’s 34th Annual BBQ Cook-Off this past weekend! This year’s event benefited the PTSD Foundation Of America Camp Hope — a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping combat veterans and their families heal from the effects of combat trauma.

We enjoyed connecting with industry peers, supporting an important cause, and bringing home 6th Place Overall, 1st Place in Salsa, 4th Place in Ribs, 8th Place in Brisket, and 10th Place in Chicken at our first-ever cook-off appearance.

A huge thank you to AGC Houston for hosting such a great event and to our generous sponsors, RC Ranch and Wade Services, for their support. We’re honored to be part of events that make a meaningful impact in our community!

We’re proud to share the completion of the Camden Office Remodel, a 103,988 SF interior renovation spanning five floors within Williams Tower in Houston, Texas!

The project features three sets of internal interconnecting stairs, along with a prominent feature stair complete with a custom metal guardrail and wood handrail. A high-end executive suite showcases extensive millwork ceilings and a Nanawall operable partition system, while a large breakroom and training area is equipped with motorized Modernfold partitions to provide flexible, multi-use functionality.

We’re excited to deliver this elevated and highly functional workspace and appreciate the collaboration of the entire project team in bringing this vision to life!
