A flame failure alarm is only the beginning. The real value comes from identifying why it happened.

Our technician recently responded to recurring flame failure and pilot failure alarms on a Cleaver-Brooks CB200-500 boiler. By systematically evaluating the burner assembly, fuel train, ignition system, flame safeguard controls, and operating sequence, the underlying cause was identified and recommendations were provided to restore reliable operation.

Effective boiler troubleshooting goes beyond clearing an alarm. It requires understanding how the entire combustion system works together to improve reliability, reduce repeat service calls, and help prevent unplanned downtime.

Getting a mobile steam plant ready for its next deployment takes more than a quick cleanup—it takes attention to every detail.

Our team recently completed a mobile steam plant turnaround that included fireside sealing with new gaskets, handhole plate reinstallation, removal of residual gasket material, plug installation, stack securement, and final preparation for safe transport and reliable operation.
