The party doesn’t plan itself… although we definitely made it look that way. 😎 A special shoutout to our AIS Summer Employee Appreciation Dinner Planning Committee — Stephanie, Austin, Allison, Jay, Katia, Nathan! 🌺 From brainstorming and coordinating to décor, games, prizes, vendors, and all the little details in between, this team put in the extra time and creativity to help bring our Habana-inspired evening to life.

A lot happens behind the scenes to create a night like this, and we’re incredibly thankful for a committee that knows how to plan hard, problem-solve fast, and still have fun doing it.

🌺 A little appreciation goes a long way—and this night was all about celebrating the incredible team that keeps AIS designing, creating, coordinating, and making things happen every day. We stepped away from our desks, put the deadlines on do not disturb, and enjoyed an evening filled with great food, even better company, live music, games, and plenty of Habana flair. 🇨🇺

Thank you to our AIS family for giving us so much to celebrate. The work we do is important, but the people behind it are what make it all possible!

🌴 Habana night, AIS style. Consider this our official proof that the AIS team cleans up very nicely. 😎 Our Summer Employee Appreciation Dinner was all about celebrating the people behind the plans, designs, deadlines, emails, revisions… and everything in between. We traded the floor plans for florals, Cuban-inspired looks, good food, lots of laughs, and a little friendly competition. Because great work deserves an even better celebration.

A huge thank you to our incredible AIS team for everything you bring to the table every single day—and to our planning committee for helping bring our Habana-inspired evening to life. 🌺

And just like that… summer internship complete! ☀️📐🎓 We’re officially wrapping up another AIS Summer Internship Program, and we couldn’t be prouder of this crew! From real projects and hands-on experience to site visits, new skills, and plenty of “wait… one more question!” moments 😂 — they jumped right in and made the most of their summer with us. A special shoutout to Stephanie, who led our Design interns, and Albert, who led our Takeoff interns. Thank you both for mentoring, teaching, and giving our interns a real look into the industry. 👏 To our interns: keep learning, keep asking questions, and keep designing what’s next. We can’t wait to see where you go from here!

Learning goes beyond the office. 🏡📐 This week, our interns traded their desks for the field as Ana, Leanna, Jabahri, and Taylor joined the one and only Angel Silva for a behind-the-scenes look at some incredible custom homes in progress.

There’s nothing like seeing great design come to life. Every site visit is an opportunity to connect the drawings with the craftsmanship, ask questions, and continue learning from real-world experience.
