✨ What You’ll Do:
• Manage warranty files & client accounts
• Confirm appointments and assist with scheduling
• Answer phones & provide excellent customer service
• Help with daily office tasks and documentation
💼 What We’re Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional, organized, and great with customers
• Basic computer skills
• Experience in admin or customer service is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
