From Nashville, Tennessee, this project highlights how precise survey support can help advance community-focused facilities that provide housing, recovery services, and long-term support.
DCCM’s Nashville survey team provided construction staking services for Phase II of the Shelby House Samaritan Recovery Center. The broader campus supports individuals transitioning out of homelessness and those overcoming substance abuse through affordable housing, residential treatment, outpatient services, and supportive programs focused on long-term stability.
During Phase II, construction took place while the Samaritan Recovery Community remained fully operational. The expansion helped meet growing demand, doubled the organization’s capacity to serve the community, and added much-needed affordable housing in downtown Nashville.
