One thing you'll notice about me is that I like to be the first one on every jobsite. Before work begins, I meet with my project manager and crew to go over the game plan, discuss the details, and make sure everyone understands the expectations. Clear communication from the start helps ensure a smooth project and a quality result.

Over the years, people have told me I should step back more or that I'm too hands-on. They're probably right—I am very involved. But that's because my name is on every roof we install, and I take that responsibility seriously.

I believe every homeowner deserves a roof that is built with care, attention to detail, and pride in the workmanship. I set the standard, establish the pace, and stay involved because I want to be able to look every customer in the eye when the job is complete and confidently say, "Your roof was done right."
