The stuff that folks don’t see on running a lawncare business. PTO clutch went out mid day and had to finish the day push mowing and was not able to finish a pressure washing job we had scheduled today. The part itself was $628 on the dot. That’s not including labor , luckily we are mechanically inclined and replaced it ourselves. So next time when people think “oh you charge too much or my last guy did it for $25 “ and want to low ball your price and give you a price they want to pay and not value your work . There’s a lot more that goes on to keeping a lawncare business running.

One of today’s mulch job done , trimmed all shrubs , cleaned out any w**ds out, placed a 4” bend-a-board edging in flower beds, planted desired plants provided by client , placed brown mulch & lastly put down snapshot to stop future w**ds from germination to keep flower beds looking good. 🫡

Check out this clean up of this flower bed/ Tree . Pruning this tree made a big difference in how our clients home looks. We trimmed shrubs , applied w**d killer / snapshot to avoid future w**ds from coming up. And added two sets of flats to add some color to the flower bed.
