Project Overview:
We began this project by removing the old deck, hot tub, and existing iron fence to make way for a complete transformation. Our team then prepped the area, formed the layout, and installed 3/8” rebar every 16 inches to reinforce the structure. We poured a 4-inch-thick concrete slab and installed proper drainage and gutter systems to ensure long-term durability.
Once the concrete had fully cured after four days, we installed beautiful natural flat stone (1 inch thick) across the surface for a timeless, elegant look. To complete the design, we added stylish pavers around the border and reinstalled a brand-new iron fence for security and aesthetics.
