ATTENTION HOMEOWNERS!

If you have not figured out difference in HVAC companies and their trades men and policy really. I implore you to hear this.

When customer TRIED SERVICES WITH ARS ROOTER AND THEY SIMPLY UPDATED THERMOSTAT but their unit fan stopped blowing about same time. You have them come to chexk things and they tell customer the unit being from 94’, they won’t fix. They only replace.

However, we have plumbers, amd HVAC techs licensed in industry and know who will fix components for this age to ability.

So we called them!

This was the nasty looking mother board, there’s was some rewiring on unit and from there he repaired for under $200!

It’s not always easy to find people of integrity but when you do!

Keep them! Pay them! Appreciate them!
