We’re proud to share that Prime Contractors, Inc. has received the 2025 AGC Certificate of Commendation for an Excellent Safety Record, recognizing our Zero Incidence Rate.

Awards like this aren’t earned by one person or one project. They are the result of our entire Prime team and trade partners making safety a priority every day—planning the work, looking out for one another, speaking up, and doing things the right way.

To our Superintendents, Project Managers, field teams, office staff, and trade partners: thank you. Your commitment makes achievements like this possible.

We’re proud of the recognition, but even more proud of what it represents: people going home safely at the end of every day.

Do the Right Thing. Zero Incidents. We Build Safely.

Prime Contractors Inc was proud to celebrate the grand opening of the new Fort Bend ISD's Fine Arts Addition at Thurgood Marshall High School on Saturday, July 25!

This thoughtfully designed addition, by Pfluger Architects, provides students with modern spaces to rehearse, perform, create, and grow—including music and rehearsal rooms, a black box theater, instructional areas, and supporting workspaces.

Prime is grateful to Fort Bend ISD and the Thurgood Marshall High School community for trusting our team to bring their vision to life. We appreciate the collaboration of everyone who helped make this project and celebration possible.

Building spaces that inspire the next generation.

From all of us at Prime Contractors Inc, Happy Father’s Day to all dads and father figures!

🔨 TOP 10 SIGNS YOUR DAD IS IN CONSTRUCTION 🔨

1️⃣ He calls every trip to Lowes “just a quick stop.” (Three hours later… 😆)
2️⃣ He always answers the phone like he’s on a job site.
3️⃣ He says, “I can fix that,” before anyone even asks.
4️⃣ He judges every building by saying, “I would've done that differently.”
5️⃣ He never walks normally through a new house or building.
6️⃣ His vehicles are basically tool sheds.
7️⃣ Family vacations somehow include jobsite drive-bys.
8️⃣ He evaluates everything by "unit pricing."
9️⃣ His work boots have seen more miles than the family car. 👢
🔟 He builds more than structures—he builds character, values, and memories that last a lifetime. ❤️

Thank you for your hard work, leadership, and the countless ways you help build strong futures—both on the jobsite and at home.
