Making connections starts with a conversation. Our team gathered in the office for our second employee networking session, sharing practical tips for approaching industry events, starting conversations, and building professional relationships.

Thank you to Julie O’Dwyer, Director of Client OEM Relations, for leading the session and helping our team feel more confident making connections across the industry!

The finish line is in sight at Honda Harlingen! Our team joined Gillman Automotive Group and our project partners for a final construction walkthrough, getting a closer look at the showroom, exterior, and finishing details as the new dealership comes together.

It’s rewarding to see months of collaboration take shape. We look forward to sharing more soon!

Our ping-pong tournament brought out a little friendly competition and plenty of team spirit! Thanks to everyone who played and cheered on their coworkers!

Congratulations to our winner, Aldo Ayala, and runner-up, Caudy Olmos! Last year’s champion, David Velandia, was there to hand off the trophy to our new champ!

Collaboration goes beyond simply working together. It’s also about teaching, learning, and growing together.

Mentorship creates opportunities for knowledge to move across a team. By taking the time to explain the thinking behind a task, encourage questions, and expose others to different disciplines, team members gain a deeper understanding of both their own role and the work happening around them.

That exchange of knowledge builds greater confidence and accountability while creating a team that continues learning from one another with every project.

Architecture is strengthened by the people shaping it together.

A project brings together different ways of thinking. Design, planning, technical expertise, project delivery, and an understanding of how people will ultimately experience a space all influence the decisions made along the way.

For complex projects like multifamily developments, bringing those perspectives together helps the team consider the project from multiple angles, work through challenges, and refine ideas into a solution that responds to both the larger vision and the realities of bringing it to life.

One project. Many perspectives. A stronger solution.

Our GoreeWhitfield team is heading to Los Angeles!

Associate Director of Architecture Suganya Ramadurai and Associate Project Manager Mahsa Montazerolghaem from our Southern California office will attend Women in Automotive’s “With Intent” social event on October 15th at the Petersen Automotive Museum.

The event brings women across California’s automotive industry together to exchange perspectives and strengthen professional relationships. With our longstanding roots in automotive architecture, we look forward to joining the conversation and connecting with others who help shape the industry.

If you’re attending, we’d love to connect. We hope to see you there!

Thank you to Austin Commercial for having us at their golf tournament a couple of weeks ago!

Managing Principal / Partner Steven Craney and Senior Project Manager Gerardo Ramos had a great time out on the course connecting with the Austin Commercial team and fellow industry partners.

We’re grateful for our continued collaboration with Austin Commercial, including our work together on Autobahn Fort Worth, and always appreciate opportunities to connect beyond the project site.

Our GoreeWhitfield team recently visited Porsche Pasadena in Pasadena, California, for a project tour and an opportunity to see the progress taking shape on-site.

Spanning 159,795 square feet across two stories, the new facility continues to move forward as the team works toward an anticipated completion in mid-2027.

Project tours like this give our team the opportunity to experience the design as it comes to life, review progress firsthand, and stay connected throughout each phase of construction.

We look forward to watching Porsche Pasadena continue to take shape. Stay tuned!

A design detail that brings texture and warmth to the resident experience. Layered wood tones, dimensional tile, and statement lighting create a distinct backdrop for the community’s shared amenity space.

A special thank you to our client, Americus Holdings, Ltd., for the opportunity to bring this project to life.
