As we celebrate 75 years, we’re taking a closer look at what truly powers our companies from the inside out.

At Employee Owned Holdings, being employee-owned means more than a structure; it’s a mindset.

We think like owners. We collaborate with purpose. And we invest in each other’s growth.

That shows up in the programs shaping our people every day:
• 𝐅𝐔𝐄𝐋— local leadership driving impact across Family, University, Employee Ownership, and our Communities
•𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 — connecting employees across companies to learn and grow together
•𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 — building career paths that reduced turnover
• 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 & 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 — protecting our people, our operations, and our future

This is how we support Hydraquip, Supreme Integrated Technology, and GCC, by building stronger teams behind the scenes.

But the real impact is personal.
