When a building owner asks about pipe restoration, the first question shouldn’t be:
“Can you restore it?”
It should be:
“Should we?”
Some piping systems are strong candidates for restoration. Others may have structural damage, configuration issues, or localized failures that make repair or replacement the better decision.
And sometimes the smartest plan uses more than one solution, repairing a failed section while restoring piping that still has viable structural life.
That’s the difference between choosing a technology and developing an infrastructure strategy.
At TDT Plumbing, the goal isn’t to make every pipe fit the same solution. It’s to understand the system first, then determine the approach that makes the most sense for the building, its occupants, and its long-term operation.
Restoration when it makes sense. Replacement when it doesn’t. Experience to know the difference.
