Recently we completed a decorative concrete overlay in the Shadowcreek neighborhood in Pearland. The previous owner had done their research and hired a great professional to coat the back patio concrete. After grinding off 3 coats of concrete epoxy we had our blank canvas! This particular job used a color seal instead of a water based hand coloring. If you have an old patio that needs to be resurrected or a new home needing some character please give us a call or feel free to message!

Went out for a roof inspection the other day and found a perfect example of why you should never buy a 3-tab shingle in Texas. Rated for only 60mph winds, these wimps get torn out easily here on the 3rd coast.

On a side note: need to start leaving the roofing shoes in the truck in case an impromptu roof inspection comes about.
