🌟 Meet Melanie Heinrich with TriFection Remodeling & Construction, our featured member for ! 🏡 Here’s a peek into her journey:
👷 GHBA: Melanie joined the GHBA six years ago when GHBA Remodelers Council Past President Sherry Pruitt invited her to assist with the RMC charity project. Since then, she has served as the RMC Charity Committee Chair, leading numerous charity initiatives. Melanie dedicates significant time to RMC’s special events. In recognition of her volunteer leadership in 2023, Melanie was honored with the Remodeler of the Year award alongside her colleague Jeff Roberts.
“I really do enjoy running the charity projects. It feels good to be able to take our resources and skills and give back to the community,” Melanie said.
🏠 How she got her start in the industry: Melanie’s homebuilding career began in college. She initially secured leads for siding and sunrooms and gradually took on various roles, continuously learning and evolving. Today, as a selections manager for TriFection, she also serves as a project manager, juggling multiple responsibilities with expertise.
🤝 Charity Work: Melanie has contributed to numerous charity projects, each holding a special place in her heart. “They are each impactful and unique,” she says. Melanie particularly enjoys working on HomeAid Houston projects due to their mission statement. Besides GHBA and HomeAid Houston, she volunteers with Texas A&M organizations, Adopt-A-Family and BridgeYear.
💖 Passions: Passionate about animals, Melanie regularly fosters them. She is also an avid gardener, a proud mother who cherishes time with her son and a travel enthusiast who tries to go on a new adventure twice a year!
