At Mansfield ISD, the new serving lines were designed to give staff more options while making room for students to customize their meals with the toppings and condiments they prefer.

Mod-U-Serve ventilation hoods are built from commercial-grade 304 stainless steel using thicker gauge material than the industry standard. We also use double-layered stainless steel end panels and a fairing cap to give the hood a stronger overall structure, inside and out.

When Mary Boyd took over as Food Service Director for Corpus Christi Independent School District, she knew she wanted to make big changes.
