We’re excited to announce the promotion of Junior Garcia to Assistant Project Manager at Sendero Industries.

Since beginning his construction career in 2023, Junior has quickly proven himself as a dedicated and driven professional. With a strong foundation built through his military service starting in 2020, he brings leadership, discipline, and a team-first mindset to every project.

Junior earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from American Military University in 2025 and is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Construction Management at Texas A&M University.

Celebrating Women in Construction Week 👷‍♀️

Meet Katya Cedillos, an Assistant Project Manager at Sendero Industries, who has been working in the construction industry for the past 3 years. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2023 with a Civil Engineering degree with an emphasis in Construction Project Management.

Since starting her career, Katya has worked on underground utilities, including the remodeling of Terminal B at George Bush Intercontinental Airport for United Airlines, along with several other projects across the Houston area. Through these experiences, she has continued to grow professionally while contributing to critical infrastructure projects in our community.

Katya’s goal is to continue developing her leadership and project management skills as she advances in her career, learning from the great leaders she works with every day.

🚧 Project Update: Midland Lee High School | Midland, TX 🏫

Sendero Industries is proud to be part of the construction of Midland Lee High School in Midland, Texas, partnering with Satterfield & Pontikes Construction on this impactful project for the community.

Our team is currently executing extensive site work and underground utilities, including:
• 50,000 LF of storm sewer and wet utilities
• Site clearing, mass grading, and subgrade preparation
• Building pads and detention ponds

📊 Project Status:
✔ Site Work: ~75% complete
✔ Utilities: ~50% complete
✔ Project is ahead of schedule
