This is what a healthy drain looks like. 🚿

Fast, steady flow, no gurgling, no standing water, no backup. If your sink drains slow or makes noise on the way down, that's your pipes telling you something's building up before it becomes a real clog.

Before ➡️ After 💧

That corroded, painted-over spigot wasn't just an eyesore, it was a leak waiting to happen. We swapped it out for a new brass hose bibb with a clean copper connection, built to hold up for years.

Small fix. Big peace of mind.

Repair when we can, replace when it's needed; always with honest, upfront pricing.

Old house, older pipes. 🏠🔧

Cast iron and galvanized plumbing are common in River Oaks' historic homes, and they don't corrode gracefully. This is what internal rust buildup and leaks look like once they break the surface.

We have decades of experience diagnosing these exact issues in historic properties across Houston. Repair when we can, replace only when we must — always with honest pricing, no surprises.

75 years in business. Zero guesswork.
