Dealing with customers and insurance claims I've come to realize that a conversation needs to be had about homeowners policies. Way too many people are deductible driven and really hurt themselves at claim time. I'm also realizing that many agents don't fully explain the details of the policy. Then at claim time the customer is in a bad spot. I will be hosting a forum to cover this topic and more. I'd like to know who is interested.
